Christina Roberts

Christina Breslin Roberts joined Pappano & Breslin in January 2015. Her practice focuses on estate planning and estate administration, including the drafting of wills, revocable trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and living wills. She also has significant experience administering and probating both large and small estates throughout Delaware, Chester, Philadelphia, and Montgomery Counties.

Before joining the firm, Christina practiced at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP in Philadelphia as an associate in the Litigation Department, where she represented and defended corporate clients in product liability and mass tort matters. During her time at Morgan Lewis, she was deeply committed to pro bono service, dedicating much of her practice to representing children through the Support Center for Child Advocates.

Christina earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond in 2000, where she was a four-year member of the women’s soccer team. She received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2003.

A lifelong resident of Delaware County, Christina was born and raised in Media, Pennsylvania, where she currently resides with her husband, Jason, and their four children. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Delaware County Bar Associations, as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA).

Christina has served for more than five years on the Board of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council and values her involvement in one of the oldest estate planning councils in the Commonwealth, which provides additional resources and collaborative opportunities for her clients and the firm.
